Accepting these terms
By using Toolsel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the service changes; the review date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
What you may do
You may use every tool on this site for personal or commercial work, free of charge, with no attribution required. Output you produce with these tools — formatted JSON, a converted image, a generated UUID — is yours. We claim no rights over anything you put in or take out.
What you may not do
- Use the site to process content you do not have the right to process, or for anything unlawful.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary human use.
- Redistribute the site itself as your own product, or scrape it wholesale to reproduce it elsewhere.
The service is provided as-is
These tools are offered without warranty of any kind. We aim for correctness and test accordingly, but we do not guarantee that any tool is error-free, available without interruption, or fit for a particular purpose. See the disclaimer for what that means in practice — it matters more than it sounds for tools that transform data you care about.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Toolsel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site — including lost data, corrupted files, or decisions made on the basis of a tool’s output. Because most tools run entirely in your browser and we never receive your data, we are also not able to recover anything for you.
Availability and changes
Tools may be added, changed, or removed without notice, and the site may be unavailable at times. Where a tool has a public URL that has been indexed, we will avoid breaking it needlessly, but we cannot promise permanence.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external documentation and specifications. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction for these terms will be stated here once the site is operating under a named legal entity.
